Due to an Ebay incident, I ended up with a rather large record collection. Instead of complaining I’ve decided to relish the joy of a new found hobby (okay, so the hobby found me) but that’s not the point.
The point is to celebrate such a large unknown music collection! Everyday I am Frequently (Sporadically) I’ll be pulling a random album from the pile and listening to it, no matter how bloody awful it gets. I will give the record a listen from start to finish and then update the blog with the album. It’ll be my thirty minutes of daily musical devotion.
From the start of side A to the end of side B there will be music, noise, broken needles, blown speakers, superior and painful listens along with one large xml file. I’ll be spinning for 365 days droves of albums a year till I get through… I’ve finally found a way to kick Blog-365’s ass! Blog-365 has kicked my ass, but the table’s still a spinnin’.
Really, listening to an album everyday is the awesome part, but constantly updating the blog is tedious. So to save me from being a slave to the internet & computer, I’ve decided to scale back the frequency of the project. Plus, now I’ll have more time to “accidently” buy more albums.

Cool site! My turn table feels like spinning. Thank God analog is alive and well. Can’t wait to hear what is next.
